What do you see at your oil temp gauge while cruising,at WOT or high rpms,city traffic?And whats the outside temp while youre seeing these oil temps?
I see between 95C(203F) and 110C(230F) and it seems high for me.Outside temperature was 20C(68F) while i was seeing these oil temperatures.But i never see under 95 after the car warms and i have a 16-row oil cooler.Is it normal?

Its normal for me. At times I see 120C during long hard pulls in the 100 Texas weather. I don't use a turbo timer either. I just cruise around until the oil temps drop to 90C then sit run for minute, then shut off.

I believe the oil runs a little wamer than what you are used to due to the oil squiter design of the GTE block.

up to 120° is ok but from that point I would take it a lil easy... During cruising between 90 and 100° is also pretty common.
So don´t worry

Get an oil cooler!!
