In particular, the 10" powered Bazooka sub, RS 10A-HP. Kind of new to the sub woofer experience. Interested in conserving space (89T) in the back. I can get an RS 10A-HP new for $230 (normally around $350-$399). Listen mostly to hard rock/alternative. Thanks for any inputs.

Ive had them in the past. They are great and light. the only thing is be sure to have it supported or it will roll around....GRIFF
I own an 87 supra with the wonderous pain in the ass targa top, i want some boom but cant fit anything with the top out. When I bought the car there was a 6.5" Bazooka Bass Cannon in the back, sounds great and efficient, im thinking of running those but what about doors and rears i want bigger.

Anyone ever thought about the padded section of the piller behind the windows??

Hey, thanks for the replies. Sounds like they'll meet my desires. I'm going to go with the 8" because I think I can place it immeadiately behind the rear seats and still have room to store the Targa. I measured it and it should fit.

Supra87T,

There's a thread over in the Stereo forum on speaker options for MKIII's. There's only 4 posts so far, but it'll grow. I'd keep an eye on it. I'm trying to determine the biggest speakers that I can fit in each location. Hopefully, we can both get our answers from that thread.
