I am currently looking at going to a single turbo, there is alot out there to choose from. I was thinking of getting an xs power manifold and a turbonetics t series turbo. my target hp level is 550 to 650 whp. I am looking for the fastest spool up I can get for this hp level.

Like I said there are lots of options out there and I have come across. here are a few kits and turbo's I have never heard of before and was looking for some opinions. here are a couple links to what I have found.

SP quick spool valve and a precision 6265 CEA turbo with an undivided manifold. This will get you unbelievable spool and up to 700whp. Give them a call 630 893 5002

:agreed:

You can check out my setup through my review:

The 6265 and QSP is a very wide powerband, if you get 264s too (I have stock cams) you'll hit 700, me I just wanted 600 and the setup beat that easy.

It's an economical setup if you do the cast manifold of course you can not do the pro-efi and go MAP if cheap is what you need.

It's nice driving a car that always has power.

agreed. 6265 with QSV and undivided mani. if you think you might want to have more power later on you could always get the 6765. the setup i would like is the 6265, QSV, sp's new manifold, 264's, fuel system (E85 ready) and the pro-efi. best street setup ever imo. i have an extra cast manifold if you decide to build a kit. has a slight crack on the WG port but i believe it can be fixed

I love that set up with the cast iron manifold and the precision 6265 with the qsv set up, that is exactly what I am looking for. thank you for the replies, what is a good cast manifold, I like the simplicity of a log style manifold.

What is a good A/R for the quick spool valve set up, I think I wana peice together my kit, get the turbo I want a quick spool valve, log manifold.
basically if I piece it together then I get all the parts I want, rather than a kit that comes with stuff, I don't really like.

thanks for all the replies, this is really helpful.
