Need help my car seems to keep over boosting past 18lbs and stutters. Does any one know what might be wrong with it? My car is mostly stock. It has a FMIC, Down pipe, exhaust, Bcc Stock Turbos and intake system. Any help is appreciated. Maybe where i Could take it to get looked at maybe? I love my car and don't wanna break anything.

I had a similar problem it turned out to be the stock wastegate flapper's were froze closed or wouldnt open all the way to keep boost down.

Oh ok so just have toyota replace it and it sould be fine?

It could be lots of things, but a likely simple thing that can cause that is the wrong plugs or plugs gapped too big. They will misfire at elevated boost. If you are still using stock plugs, drop down to a colder plug and close the gap to around 0.030" or so. I use NGK 6097's and they work great for me and lots of others here.

I changed the plugs NGK Iridiums gaped them at .030" no more over boost car pulls harder feel good it this ok or will my plugs go bad again? By the way thanks Nick95 6sp plugs were the problem.
