I'm about to paint my dash/panel, and have encountered a couple of problems. I can't seem to remove the flicker/knob that allows me to brighten my interior lights (the one that you twist in a clock wise position to brighten the dash lights). I'm also unable to remove the cigarette lighter insert that comes with the light bulb behind it. I'm planning on going with billet gray, or staying with flat black, I hope it's worth the effort. I used goof off to try and remove the rubbery layer and seem to be having luck with it. Any insight would help, thanks in advance.
