For the guys running -12 line to the valve cover what size npt are you running? Is it a 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 npt?

I dont know why your wanting to run a -12 line from your valve covers. But... 1/2"NPT is the closest size your going to get to fitting in the stock hole....

So are most guys who run AN fittings at the valve covers inserting fittings that strictly fit into the stock hole Or are some guys drilling the holes out larger? What the most popular size used here anyway? I like the look of the annodized fittings and have been meaning to do this to my own supra for some time.

I thought -10 AN was most common too.

I just drilled and tapped a 1/2npt hole in the covers. It worked out nicely. I will be running -12 lines to the covers to evacuate the most air atthis point.

I did a search for some 1/2 Taps and they are available in 14 thread count and 11 thread count. So which is it if your taping for the standard -10 AN fittings ?
