Do you have the Power Enterprise silicone rad hoses in stock? Also can you tell me how are these compare to the samco?

We do not stock them here, they are not popular for whatever reason.

P.E. USA does not have them in stock either, they said 2-6 weeks.

I have never had them side-by-side with Samco so I can not make a fair comparison. However both brands are known for quality and have a good reputation so I would imagine them to both be similar.
