As promised! A few things first...

a) Yes, the bumpers are off. I'm doing some "tweaks".

b) Pardon the pic quality. I was in my PJ's, it was freezing out, and the sun wasn't where I wanted it. :p

c) Yes, the car has Eibachs. I haven't driven the car yet, so the suspension isn't fully settled.

d) Yes, the brakes are getting detailed. I have fresh powdercoated rotors and painted silver calipers going on soon.

e) Wheels are Volk GT-N Mercury Silver. 18X9 +37mm, 18X10 +43mm. Thanks, Dusty! ;) Tires are Yokohama AVS ES100. P245/40WR18, P275/35WR18.

Hood is the Stout Type-R. Thanks, Dusty! ;)

Special thanks to my homey Martin at D&S Auto Body in Addison, IL for matching my "mystery paint". Don't ask...

Hood fits very nicely, and is GREAT quality. The super-scoopies are the shizzle. When the nose goes back on, I will take some shots of the scoop over the passenger headlight. I still need to make some scoop grilles, as I didn't like the ones that the hood came with.

The hood is not latched, so the gaps look bigger than they are. It actually fits tighter than the stock hood.

Pretty sweet - but not as cool as my Top Secret hood ;) ;) J/K

Otis has a few morsels to decorate the interior... I'll get those right in the mail for you.
LOL. Otis rocks!

Yeah, your TS hood has more vents than mine...
:D
Man i love those rims! The hood and the paint look awesome too. How much longer until the car is ready to roll?

- John
Bodywork/interior is done.

Brakes/TRD swaybars/new shocks need installation.

Change the oil, put insurance back on her and roll!

Yep. Built engine will be done in January. The whole SP73HO/SP400/AEM deal won't happen until next fall. I want to DRIVE this turkey for a change.

Current mods:
K&N conical air filter
HKS SSBOV
HKS Type-R FMIC
Greddy BCC
VSV mod (22 psi!)
SP downpipe
TRD Gen 1 exhaust
Trust strut tower brace
Eibach Pro-Kit springs
Interior goodies

In the garage waiting for my lazy ass to install:
HKS EVC EZII
HKS Type-0 timer
UR cam gears
UR pulleys
TRD thermostat
Fresh plugs
Powdercoated rotors
TRD brake hoses
New brake pads
Rear strut tower brace
Single-disk 3500 stall converter
True-twin conversion shit
Buttload of stereo stuff
Miscellaneous little details and gadgets.

I figure I will have some fun running 11's on stock twins for a while before she loses all hope of being streetable with the next setup.

sounds like you need to hire an in-house mechanic.

and i just happen to be for hire.

looks good Big Pimp, it's always nice to get the car back on the road after not driving her for a while..

In-house mechanics = FYRARMS + Curt Aigner :D
dan your car looks great. i really like those rims and the paint is beautiful. i really like that hood too. i'm really curious on how it will look from the front. i was always thought the vent towards teh back went all the way across the lil lip thingy. i still love it though. looks really good.

-Bill
Thanks, Bill. I'll post more pics from all angles when the bumpers go back on next week.
Looking good, Dan
