Here is my latest project. I have made a plate to totally block the EGR system, and keep the #6 cylinder cool. Also I modified the block off plate on the back of the manifold to include a vacuum nipple, you always need one more. (This is in the process of being Patented … Just giving Larry at Sound Performance a hard time )

Its still a little ruff.

I just used a 50 cent steel expansion plug in the passage between the number 6 exhaust port and the EGR cooler. It works fine. Next time, however, I'll break the bank and spend $2 on a steel NPT pipe plug.
