i'm in the process of installing a new clutch and flywheel and ran into one problem. if i tighten the flywheel down... not even to specs, the flywheel/crankshaft will NOT spin any more. i'm quessing that maybe the pilot bearing has something to do with it. can anyone verify that this will happen if i have a faulty pilot bearing?

yes it is. anyone know what might be wrong with it. i just checked the bearing and it still spins freely without any noise. could it be the arp studs maybe? if it helps, i'm installing an os giken twin disk set up.

the arp bolts i had was too long. on top of that, the os giken flywheel is a bit thinner where the bolts go in than the stock flywheel. i just grinded down the bolts a bit. it fits fine now.
