power antenna went TU, anyone replace theirs??

The antenna in my MKIII stopped going up and down and when I priced an OEM replacement from Toyota, the dealer wanted $130... I bought a "universal" unit from Hirschmann (with the world's crappiest instructions) but there is no harness. Does anyone know how to splice this thing in?

Please, I know that if I wasn't a cheapass I would have just bought the factory piece.
