The previous owner of my car disabled the anti-theft system for some reason...Im not sure why, I think it had to do with the stereo...

Anyhow, I dont care to have it hooked back up, but I think in the process, the power locks were disabled....

Anyone have any idea about how to make the power locks work in this situation?

check the little breakers in the passenger kick panel, youll need a tooth pick to reset them. also check that the lock module in the drivers door has power, my locks didnt work when i got my car, come to find out my power door lock control module was missing out of the door.

its a little round relay looking thing with a tiny hole in the top right in the middle, there should be a couple in the passenger kick panel and a couple in the drivers kick panel, i would try putting a toothpick into all of them on both sides as i forget exactly which ones are for the locks.
