Just completed a swap on 95 hardtop installed aristo and car is fin on initial start up but after a few minutes the idle jumps up and down continuously won't stay steady! Spraying carb cleaner in throttle body it holds idle but as soon as I stop spraying it jumps up and down again. All sensors are good. Idk what to do!

Have you tried cleaning the idle control valve? Any codes? What does the car do when you hold down the throttle a little? Have you driven it?

Ok I finished the swap started it and idled cool then began goin up and down. Idle control is cool and ivac is cool so. Im going off of what I'm being told. It was driven about a block and it was ok. When the gas is held slightly it idles fine but of couse revs high. I only wanna know is there anyway possible it could be compression? I seriously doubt it

no....not compression. there is unmetered air entering past your maf(maybe hole in TB gasket or manifold gasket or hole in a vacuum line). spray carb cleaner in areas that might have a leak and look for bubbles or change in idle.

Aristo=map sensor. Intake leak will generally cause a lean condition. Since you explained that idle is ok when started cold and after a few mins it starts to hunt. Since the Ecu is in open loop during cold start, I think it may be a oxygen sensor issue. If the o2 sensor is lazy it can cause a idle hunt. I had an explorer in our shop with the same issue and after being at two shops and a ford dealership and almost all sensors replaced without resolve. Turned out to be a lazy o2 sensor.

-Unplug the #1 oxygen sensor and see if the idle hunt goes away. Also could be TPS related.

^^ Definitely not the problem. It still sounds like your IAC valve since its only occurring at idle.
