Is it really necessary? replacing everything with OEM parts, there is not going to be any power adder in the near future.

Can the PP be resurfaced?

thanks a lot

pressure plate cannot be resurfaced but, you need to see if the one you have has heat spots on it. If it does then you should replace it, and if it doesnt then you dont have to but I would reccomend replacing it regardless since its not very easy or cheap to get a clutch job done. You can find a pressure plate at horsepowerfreaks or somewhere for around $120 brand new.

The PP can be resurfaced. I have done a few at Clutch City in Clearwater FL. They charge $35 for PP and ~$30 for flywheels. But since this is a stock one, a new one is cheap. Advanced Auto has some for ~$45 :)
