My car stalled on me three times yesterday, I had noticed before this happened that the light's in the dash, and headlights dimmed when I would roll up the power windows. My turbo timer kept turning off by itself too. Do I need to check my batteries positive to see if it is making contact? (By the way I lost that washer/nut that tightens the cable to the positive side of the battery, do you think that can be a problem?) Any help would be appreciated... :(

Battery cables need to be tight. Also check to see if your alternator is putting out the right voltage. You should be seeing 13.5-14vdc across the battery terminals with a voltmeter.

Thanks dude, I'll do just that. (I hope it's not the alternator though. How much does it go for, and is it a do-it yourself project?):)

Don't know how hard they are to replace on the supra. Never had to change one yet. You may be able to rebuild your current alt if the bearings are still good.
