Profec A - What settings you using???

I just bought a MKIV that has a Geddy Profec A.
I have the Greddy manual from their web site but am still a newbie and given all the overboost warnings I want to err on the conservative side.
What "Set Boost" range of settings do you use? When is it considered too high?
How about the high boost settings, ratio, offset, and time?
I would also like to double check the jumper settings. What are they for a Supra?
(the manual makes it clear how to program the BC, but it's not clear as to what's appropriate for a MKIV. I'd just like to start with some "normal" settings.)
