In a Stock supra auto twinturbo how much does the maximum limit of Psi it goes

stock - 11psi but you can take it up to around 15 - 17 and still be pretty safe.
If it's really just stock, don't forget the stock setup has fuel cut to prevent boosting above what Toyota decided is enough, so if you don't have a Greddy BCC or similar device to eliminate fuel cut it will feel like the engine cuts out and somebody put the brakes a little over 11psi or so.

If you get rid of fuel cut, IMO up to 18psi is conservative safe but some like more safety margin; some people go higher if you run adequate octane; like for example HPF mod will give you boost well above 22psi if everything is working OK, I hit over 25psi spikes doing that ...I've been doing it for a couple years now and it still feels strong but this will take its toll on the turbos and eventually they will fail sooner than if you keep it 18psi or below.

my edit: since you have an auto trans, the HPF mod is questionable or not recommended for autos ...better look into that before you just go ahead.
