Ok,

The wheel is off, caliper is off, the axle nut is off and the disk is being stubborn?
What am I missing. Gotta get this thing off tonight.

Look at the center piece of the rotor and you'll see two holes on each side. Can't remember the screw size, but the holes are threaded. Put the right size screw in, and tighten each one maybe 1-2 full turns each side, alternating and it will pop the rotor off. It's likely a combo of a slightly engaged e-brake and the rotor is semi rusted to the hub.
