Well tonight during checking everything in the engine bay, i notice my cps was lose. So i went on to check my timing, noticed it was at about 14. Tried to set it to 10 but the marks seemed unstable, as in bounceing around 2-3 degrees.

Finnally just put it best i could around 10. It varies from 11 - 9 bounceing around their? Is this right? Or what's the problem?

make sure you connect TE1 and E1 on the diagnostic block using a wire, or a paperclip

it keeps the ECU from changing the timing
