I'm looking at a car that had an engine rebuild using those gaskets... The guy said it was a composite head gasket? So is that a MHG, or a mix between the stock compound and Metal or what? Anyone heard of that gasket kit before?
Hopefully it's good, because I really like the car, and I miss my MKIII

composite means its like a paper material. it has copper rings around it. Its nowhere near as strong as a metal head gasket. however, if youre not looking for any major power, thatll do you just fine. get some ARP head bolts and torque them down to 75ft lbs.
