I'm looking for buying this one.

Do you know if the metal plate on the top can be removed ?

I would like to put 2 stock fuel pump into it?

You should be able to remove it as most of them are bolted on with a gasket in between. I had a 1 gallon fuel cell in my old race car and was able to remove it.
