Question for folks with momo seats and hks ti exhaust

Momo-seats:
Where did you get your rails? Were they the universal, or the mkiv brackets? Im having a bitch of a time finding any... if they were the universal, what mods did you have to do to get them mounted?
HKS-Ti:
If the piping is 4", does it narrow to 3" at the downpipe? Or do you need a 4" dp?
Also, anyone removed the heater/AC/radio/airbags? How much weight did you save?
