Unlike the 4G63, the stock 2jz head gasket will hold virtually any amount of boost, assuming proper octane and tuning. I don't know if anyone goes crazy on the stock ECU though.
The stock turbos can't really hold more than 20 psi anyways, most people run 18 on pump gas.
The cooling system should be fine as long as you stick with the stock fans, unless you road race....
