ok well I have a Greddy Type RS BOV and I really dont know how this is suppossed to work but I thought a BOV only opened when you shifted or let off the gas...but now lets say im driving I can hear that the bov is open and air is comming out is this what its spossed to do? also if i have it parked and I rev it it stays open and lets air out the whole time. sorry if this is a noob question and i searched but couldnt find anything.

That´s definitely wrong.
It is suppose to stay closed until the vacuum in the Intake mani is greater than before the throttle body.-So in other words until you let off the accelerator for shifting etc.
How did you connect it? What is your vacuum source for the nipple?
