On all 6 coilpack, there is a black/ red stripe wire present. The other wire has a different color on all 6 coilpack connectors.

I am not an electrician by trade and I can't remember which is which, I only want to know:

Is the black/red stripe wire Negative or positive?

I think it's positive

According to the diagram, The black/orange wires look like they are 12V positive. Am I correct?

You're correct. The solid black wire w/ Orange stripe is 12v!
