the wiring harness clips are those that support the wires that run from on the fron to the rear of the engine over the spark plugs (sorry for the description, this is how they were described in the "How to replace Spark Plugs" at MKIV.com. I will send you a document with the wording to shed some light.

The Vehicle Speed sensor is the transmission sensor that triggers the VSS OBDII alarm ("VSS Sensor Malfunction).
The automatic shift arm is the leather thing that the driver holds holds when shifting gears on an auto car. check email for detials on the other piece.
