A power steering high pressure line would not go to the engine block. Exactly what do you need ? From point A to point B ??

ah, idk what i was thinking.

goes from the steering rack on a 95 lexus sc300 to a hard line that i guess goes to the pump. i think it might come apart in 2 pieces but i need the side that goes to the rack & pinion
