Im sure there is a thread on this, but I cant seem to find it. Just wondering what it takes to put in the r154 (in a mkiv) replacing the w58. If yall could tell me what parts it takes and about how much money it cost to do it right. Any help/info is appreciated. Thanks guys!

it depends if its a MKIII supra trans or a 1jz Soarer

here is what i used to convert my MKIII R154
1jz flywheel
ARP flywheel bolts
OEM R154 clutch cylinder
new clutch fork and pull assembly
MKIII r154 clutch line
1jz or 7mgte clutch kit
MKIII front half shaft
modified shifter extention
Marlin crawler speedo converter
Marlin crawler shifter bushing kit(i highly recomend this)
Marlin crawler upgraded thrust washer and center plate

i know this is in a lexus sc300 but I have to believe it is fairly similar, i used it for my W58 to R154 swap in my lexus.
