I took the throw out bearing out and discovered that the snap ring that holds the bearing to the hub had just came off, I bought a new hub and snap ring and all that stuf to ensure it wasnt worn, What can I do to make sure that this does not happen again?

the snap ring is the weak link, you HAVE to make sure it's in there right, and also make sure the washers are there too

been through this all before with a shop...

the TSRM has a good blow-up of the way it's supposed to be assembled, make sure it's perfect...
