Still a novice to auto trans here, I'm just gonna shift kit and add clutches to my sc300 trans and hope it can hold 350 or so. Don't have rad because I am using a mishimoto on my mk3. Would one 8x15x1 rad work in front of the condenser? Should I have more in line with it? Two of those rads? Let me know. :)

that should work, put the cooler in the area near the front that the fan can suck cool air through it as much as possible, mines was near the intake/turn signal air damn on my car.

I used an F350 tranny cooler that I got from the junk yard. Works fine approx 450-500 hp without getting too hot. I put mine in the little duct area on the drivers side next to the washer fluid reservoir. It's like 1.5 inches thick and like 14" by 14".

Awesome great idea dude. Probably a lot cheaper and more effective than most aftermarket coolers, I was considered a smaller denser aerocooler with a fan but I kind of doubt there's enough room for it.
What year and engine f350 did you run?
