hey guys, motorcycle rookie here, just got my permit. Question is...

rite now i have my D class license and a M class permit....will i be able to attain insurance and register my bike with that? or do i have to have a M license?

you can ride , just have to ride with a licensed rider within a mile of you

Don't see any reason why you couldn't? Call and ask directly would be your best bet.

yes you can!
lisence has nothing to do w/ putting bike on road, because you can ride w/ a permit, like i said above.
every state is different, im now in pa and you can ride where ever you want in pa on a permit, by yourself, you just can't ride alone at night.
but newyork is you have to have someone w/ a lisence w/ in a mile of you they can even be in a car!

In NYS you can register own and whatever a bike with just a permit. I rode around with a permit for about a year before I actually got my class M licnese.
