what is the difference from the 28510-46020 one?

Its not off a Aristo 2jTT or a Soarer 1jTT , or a Supra 2jTT. Stumped on this one. :dunno:

Correction 28515-46010 = 28515-46020 , my box here with 28515-46020 has a 28515-46010 part inside
