i got my rps 6 puck disk changed back to an OEM disk. The RPS 6 puck disk is a bitch to engage, it engages hard and is very rough and harsh. My new disk is matched with the RPS max pressure plate, and an RPS lightened flywheel, i must say, THIS SET UP KICKS ASS, mkiv.com states it is good for anyone running up to 500hp. it engages nice and smooth, you dont have to rev the shit out of the car to get it going, and it still grabs when you want to rip it.

I have an RPS Max 6 puck in my 1jz, and if it didn't come in the car when I got it, I wouldn't have it. I don't like it, like you said, its a bitch to engage, and really really fun in rush hour or going slow up a hill. Holds like hell, but I'd rather have a reg clutch. Mine is the sprung version as well...

I got use to my Rps Stage 3 setup with LWFW. I hate the low rpm chatter though, and will prolly dump the entire set up for a rps C / C

It's certainly not for everyone, especially if you spend time in traffic.
