Hey guys I have not gotten my car tune yet but I put in an autometer A/F gauge. When I go and drive the car it just fluctuates between normal and rich "mostly rich". How accurate are these guage and is it safe to run and boost being rich?

Seriously, get it tuned or at least use a wideband to check your a/f ratio to make sure it's safe. Nothing worse that blowing up a motor because you didn't take the time to make sure the a/f was safe.

those type of a/f gauges are narrowband and does show the correctt a/f right. go buy yourself a wideband or get tuned by a shop.

Use a wideband to check it! Those a/f gauges are not accurate and I you shouldent push your luck with driving it untuned...
