Anyone ever had a problem with 1)a rough idle and 2)the engine not reving past 2500 rpm? This occurs while I'm driving several miles (15 at least). Car will drive fine then for awhile, then check engine will go on with rough idle and it won't rev past 2500 rpm. After I disconnected the battery and reset the computer it would run fine and no check engine light. There used to be thread on this a while ago but the search function is gone. The car is a 6 speed with 77,000 miles with new plugs less than 2000 miles ago. Any help appreciated. Thanks

First you need to check the error codes. Just from the feeling of my stomach it could be the MAF sensor...
BTW you don´t need to disconnect the whole battery. Just pull EFI fuse #1 for 10 seconds and it´s reset.
