Hey all

I hate to say it, but I am selling my Supra. I know, I know... WHY?!? Well, for several reasons. One, I am in college and I cannot afford to do what I want to the car (swap to a GTE, and get about 450 RWP). Two, Insurance is a bitch. Three, I am going to try and get a WRX (lower insurance, AWD, and has a turbo engine for me to play with).

So... for those of you that don't know my car, it is a 1997 Limited Edition 15th Anniversary Non-Turbo RSP Supra. It is in really good shape. It has around 67k miles on it. I am taking offers on it at $25,000 OBO. My car will be on EBay, but if anyone offers me 25k I will take it off of ebay and sell it right then. I have pictures and if you would like to see them send an email to [email protected]. Just let me know you would like to see them and I will send them to you.

I am probably going to be yelled at for putting a post like this on this section, but hey give me a break, I'm a newbie!

I dont think you willg et that much for an N/A man. Even with the RSp I dont think 25 will be paid for it. Mabye 15 to 20.

Well, it does have 67k miles. That is a plus.

Downside, it is N/A.

Mark my words, I am willing to bet, even orignal paint RSP N/A, will not fetch $25k. I doubt you will get 1 offer over $20k, and I would even bet on that.

A guy is selling a 100kish mile pearl white N/A 5spd hardtop in classy for 17k. It is pretty clean. 30k miles is not worth 8 grand.

I would expect your car to take in 17k. Maybe to the right buyer who really wants RSP, maybe maybe 18-19k.

I have seen this car in person several times and it is in GREAT shape. One of the cleanest Supras I've ever seen. Here's a few pictures for you guys. These were from back when it was SupraLB's car a few years ago.

Perfect buyer, you should buy his RSP supra and use your NA-T kit on it. Then it would be complete!!!

It's almost there! I found my electrical gremlin today and squashed him. I have a big fuel leak on the dampener ( :doh: ) to address. I may just bypass it, I have some -6 left over but might not have enough fittings. Other than that, it's ready to go.

Either way, I hope to be up by the weekend.

Your gonna keep the MKIV, I don't think $25k is possible. I'd offer you $17k cause its newer and very clean, but then I'd be paying you only $2k less than a '95 6-speed TT w/ 110k miles.
