In a word no. The N/A's have higher compression, smaller injectiors, smaller brakes and a different tranny. Generally it is more to buy a N/A and upgrade it to the level of a stock TT, than it would be to just start with the TT. See http://www.suprastore.com/iamlookforsu.html for more info.
you meant buy a single turbo Supra SE then upgrade it to twin turbos? Anyways, unless you spend a lot of money, you won't be able to reach what Twin Turbo Supras have. It's easier to go with just Twin Turbo in the first place if you want a fast Supra.
My 94TT is BPU+ and I just got a Haltech Elite 2500 to go standalone. Sticking with stock fuel (upgraded injectors though) for now, and would like to drop in a fuel-pressure sensor somewhere. Is there any easy spot to do that ? Maybe the banjo/union bolt on the existing fuel-pressure...
After I have installed all the new seals, BCsprings, retainers, locks and buckets,
with T-belt off, put crank at -10 btdc so all pistons are slightly down, install new BC 272 cams, install cam gears, torque cams as per manual. Then turn CAMS clockwise to tdc notches, and than turn CRANK to tdc...
