So i found this very clean 1995 R33 Nissan Skyline GT-R VSpec, and really like it,but my budget wont allow me to keep my supra and buy the skyline too.SoI would have to sell my supra
The thing that really turns me to the GTR is the AWD and actually have traction

Any thoughts? Any skyline and supra owners on here?

Heres the Skyline, hes a member on here!

If I had the $ I would do it!!! Only car I would get rid of the supra for! Let us know what happens.
That Skyline looks good

But if it were me i would definitely keep the Supra
Totally skewing your thread here, but had a question. Why is it NOT for sale in Cali? Smog? Registration? I thought the original people (Motorex, RB Motorsports) who legalized these things were based in Cali.

Thanks for the info and good luck on your decision. I personally would stick w/ the supra. The only thing you get out of the GTR is the exclusivity. If it matters that much to you....

It doesn't say it's a Moterex car.
That is a sweet Skyline. The only problem I see with them is lack of easy availability of parts here in the US. Other then that they are sweet.

Steve
I'm sure it's smog, besides crash testing I'm sure it's only legal to register that in 49 states.

p.s. that Skyline is hot. I love R33's
That car is beautiful, but as a r34 fan, I think I'm going to have to vote no.

How much do you want for your supra??? i had asked you the question in anothread but never got an answer??? im here located in vegas and really interested in your car..let me know. thanx.
Wow your in the wrong forum to be asking this question.
Look at that dyno, The line looks like a damn saw blade. Other than that clean looking car from the pics. Keep the Supra. Just imagine making a left and somebody T-bones you from the opposite lane. They were made for a different road system that's more safe over there. I've been down this road... Sell for : Skyline, Viper, Terminator TT. The Supra is my choice. Good luck w/ the decision. Later,
J :wavey:
isnt there a thread about this exact car in the "other cars" forum? Im pretty sure there is...

You don't know me for squat, but the adage try it before you buy it makes sense here. :)

If you sell your Supra and hate driving the Skyline after a month and the mystique wears off (ok, maybe after a few months), you're left with a vehicle that's harder to sell and gave up a vehicle you know the inside and out of. That would suck, wouldn't it?

If you haven't been hard up to own a Skyline for a long time, why risk it? As soon as you need parts and a wrench and can't find them, it may make you sour even if you love the car.

If you're aren't prepared to deal with spending thousands on replacement/hard to get parts or worse, stuff it into a mountain, then what?

It's a fine looking R33 in and out, but I think you're crazy to get rid of one for the other unless you HAVE to have the Skyline and are ready to make sacrifices.

VERY well put. I love the R33 but it just isnt really sensible to trade the supra for something which is going to be very difficult to sell if you ever want to down the road.

Keep the supra! if anything go drive the car and see what you think. It may keep you from making the biggest mistake by selling your pride and joy supra.

^^^Right, but as far as I know, those were the only 2 companies to be able to import them legally. If I'm wrong, hey let me know.

Keep the car!

well actually the GTR is also ALL WHEEL DRIVE,so I would actualy be able to lay down the power I make, versus my surpa, that has 0 traction lol
