Im installing greddy cam gears on my supra and wonder what to set the exhaust side and intake side?

Have followed this when installing: http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/cam_gear/install/index.html

There it says On exhaust gear, retard -3º, on intake gear, advance 1º.

Shall I use this setup? Will this give me around 10 extra whp?
