i juss got a HUGE rockchip on my stock hood.. and now im thining of gettin the TRD cf hood.... wut u guys think?? ya or no.. heres a pic o f my car...

i was also thinking of painting the over the hood all blue... except leave a like inch and a half border around each grill... so u would u see and incha nd a half of cf around each grills.. and the rest would be blue... wuts ur opinonis??

I don't know what hood it is, but I saw a Supra the other day with a CF hood with 3 little "flares" on each side. Really nice looking.

With your gunmetal wheels, I think leaving it carbon fiber would look awesome.

The vents and slots and off color of CF in the hood is "Overstated" in my opinion. It is a Fad.. It will look even worse in 3-5 years. But if you must keep your old hood just in case.

I did read your add... if you paint it , "all of it" It could work.

Leave th CF hood alone. I think CF Will accent your car. Just change the grills out. I used the circular vents from an AC screen you can find at Home Depot. The new screen looks alot better and is different from all the diamond cut grills.

Definately get the -98 lights or paint your stock ones if you ever get the CF hood.

Yeah, the Top Secret hood! Get the top secret hood, and leave it CF. It matches the wing AND the wheels.

You can always paint it later if you don't like it, but I think it will look amazing.

get the cf hood and put it on. paint it if you get bored of it or don't like the look of cf color. Those vents on the trd hood would match nicely with the sides.

Get a aftermarket hood, dont get a trd. Too many trd kits with trd hoods, no creativity if you ask me.

If you get it, paint it. To me, an unpainted carbon fiber hood looks only marginally better than an unpainted fiberglass hood. The vents will provide good accents to match your wheels and RMM wing.

This is the Top Secret hood in CF.

Significantly lighter than the stock hood, don't know how it compares against the TRD CF hood.
