Depending on the tire width and if you are trying to maintain overall stock height, so your speedo remains accurate and have heard could also affect your abs. For instance, for my 18" rears running 295's, a 30 profile keeps my wheel/tire height very close to stock.

You go one size smaller on the sidewalls given that you'll have a wider tire in the back. Reason for it is so the tire doesnt look like a balloon.

The stock sizes end up with very similar sidewall heights.
