We have been quietly working on a new manifold trying to make something that is close to perfect, allowing a smooth looking manifold that has smooth flow! We are still using Schedule 10 Stainless with a CNC cut flange that makes the smooth transition from the head to the manifold (Oval to round) We also made the manifold based around the best fitment possible for clearance of small, mid and large framed T4 manifolds and clears all shock towers, all engine mounts and gives you the 100% BEST access to your wastegates for maintenance and spring changes. With this manifold you have ALMOST 1" of clearance with the shock tower on a GT4578R. It also sits lower for a spool valve so that you dont have to modify your hood for clearance. We will also have both Divided and undivided depending on your request. Another perk, when the wastegate lines come off the wastegates they go under the engine mount to allow plenty of room away from the manifold giving you cooler oil flow. Both wastegates have been run equal and parallel to insure the best of equal balance and flow so that the exhaust flow is not disturbed. This will also fit up to a 5" Downpipe if that is needed.

Advantages over Full-Race that we have taken into consideration and improved upon:

Wastegate flow is #1 we have both equal vs 1 in front and 1 in rear where they dont get the same flow from the collector.

Fitment is #2 we made sure it CLEARED everything for ALL kinds of applications and was simple to get in and out both in and out of the car vs Full Race T4 you have to squeeze the drain line between the exhaust runners and takes hours to install with wastegates pointing in different directions. This will allow better relief to prevent boost creep prematurely.

#3 we use the transition flange from head to manifold to make a smooth flow straight out of the head.

#4 We will have this manifold for both Tial 38mm (MVS) and or 44mm (MVR)

Again we are not trying to get into a bash war with Full Race. There are still advantages to Full Race with the Robotic TIG etc but there are flaws in the design mainly in fitment and we are just trying to offer something that helps the installer and still offers all the performance and looks.

67mm

88mm

These will price the same as before

$2000 Coated
$1800 Uncoated

NOTE: This does NOT include wastegates!

Joe

Putting a final version on my Supra next week, can't wait.

PHR's manifold saved me having to modify my genuine Top Secret hood in an undesirable way.

Used Version 1 Full Race manifold is for sale if anyone is interested. :)

The biggest difference wrt F-R is the lack of a divided collector on your design. Yours looks great for the QSV fans, but not the divided manifold/turbine crowd.

I've never fit a F-R so I'll defer commenting on superior fitment to those who have, other than rumor has it the F-R is tricky to install.

As stated in the above post we have both divided and undivided.

What is the advantage of the dual wastegate design vs. single for those of us only looking to make 800whp max? Will it fit standard 4 inch DP that fits the HKS style manifold (HKS, PHR, SP turbo kits)?

Looks nice.

Regulating the boost mainly! But you dont have to RUN both gates at the same time. You could always run different solenoids to open or close them whenever you please.
