Ok 6speed supra supra, the thing that holds the clutch fork snapped, I got the fork out and I can get the broken part out. Can I replace it and put the fork back in without pulling the tranny out? Thanks

I am assuming you are talking about the release bearing? If that is broken, you will have to pull the transmission out to replace it...unless somehow you can take the snap rings off and put a new bearing on and snap it in place with the rings, all through the inspection area.
Yes you can replace it while the transmission is in the car. Its a little tight, but a lot easier than removing the transmission.
Not the bearing the thing that holds the fork to the tranny, its held to the tranny via 2 bolts and has the spring tabs on it, I think dude above ^ knows what im taking about. yeah?
I believe he's talking about the bracket for the clutch fork, the thing that the slave cylinder pushes on to when the clutch is depressed. If so, you should be able to reach the 2 bolts thru the access hole. I just removed and reinstalled my clutch fork thru the access hole no problem.
Good luck.
I know what your talking about... it's a little bracket that has a hook on it where the fork slides into. It's held in the tranny with (2) 12mm bolts i believe. You'll be able to access them through the side cover. Be careful though that they don't break when removing them (they were seized in my 6 speed)
got the bracket off and new one will be here thursday, Are these things known to break? I have a horsepowerfreaks feramic that does have a strong pedal to push. But then again the car has 170,000miles on it, LOL. Maybe it was just time.
Oh you guys rock, right on the money. thanks
Mine broke about a month ago, I was able to replace mine through the access holes..
