I really don't know much about these tires yet but I did find a website that discusses them a little. They look like affordable versions of Hoosiers. I'm just passing on a little info for those who are interested.

The initial tire sizes available for the new V710 Racing tires (new sizes will be added throghout 2004):
205/50R15
265/45R16
275/40R17
295/40R17
315/35R17
335/35R17
315/35R18

Some more infomation can be found at:

Good info, thanks. I recently read these Kumho's were coming out soon. I don't know about those sizes though, at least using stock wheels like I've been doing those don't look too good.

I've been running the stock wheels for a few seasons now. I haven't moved up to the 315/275 combo yet because I don't want to cut my car up. I'm hoping the 295's might fit w/o cutting on a set of CCW's, but a 40 series 295 could be kinda tall.

I have been in regular contact with these guys, http://www.vcmc.ca/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=22;t=000023
if you are interested in getting some of the first V710s available, check this out. These guys are in direct contact with Kumho, and several members have been given access to the tire. From what i understand, they claim it outperforms an RS03, while providing wear like an Ecsta V700, at a Victoracer cost(follow?). Anyway, check it out, I am in line for some tires through these guys. Carl Byck
