I hope to install a SP57 and fuel kit between Xmas and Newyear (if Dusty gets it in time). Can the people who have done this install themselves give me some useful tips and point out some problems I can expect?

A friend of mine who has installed a 2JZ-GTE engine in his MK3 Supra will help so he is very competent but I'd like to be as well-prepared as possible.

Any special tools I would need?

Thanks Larry, I hope I won't have to call you but I appreciate your offer.
BTW how high can I safely boost the SP57 with a 720cc injector fuel system?

The only real hard part is taking off the stock twins. Get to a point where you can see all of the manifold bolts and spray some nut buster on them and let it sit overnight. Those things are a bitch! When putting on the new kit, loosen the passenger side motor mount and jack the engine up a little bit. With the motor up a little you'll be able to sit the kit in place. Dont try to get the top studs through the header then the bottom. Get it level and slide the whole thing on at once. Good luck, Larry'll help you plenty if you need it.
