for the guys running sp63 and smaller turbos, what are you running for fuel? completely stock setups or what,? i plan on running it with maf for now what do you think ?

The stock fuel should be good for that size of a turbo. I had the SP63 on my old NA-T. I upgraded to 550cc's. With that particular turbo, you are expecting to probably make under 600rwhp anyways.

also is there any way to check knock on these cars? how do you know when its too much?
