2 cops on the bridge are shooting the beams at the north bound traffic, before they make it to the bridge.
About 6 or more chasers are waiting on the north bound on-ramp. (out of view)

i just took the turnpike from Port St. Lucie blvd earlier. they are always cracking down on people around that area.
