Well I just decided to drive the supra today and the speedometer isn't working I drove the car about a month ago and it worked fine but all of sudden it doesn't. Anyone have ideas on what it can be?

the speedo plug likely popped off the transmission...go under the car and check on it, on the 5 speed its on the passenger side of the tranny, not sure about the auto

hey, I just bought my 1st Supra. n/a manual 5sp - my speedo is faulty, it shoots up to 60 and 0 when i accelerate. Anyone got any advice?

i checked the sensor and its plugged in . any other ideas?

meter the plug at the sensor see if it has a good power and ground then check the speed sensor is metering right with voltage applied and a spin of the rear wheels or drive shaft. I had a similar problem with my SC300 and I figured my wire going to the cluster from the harness was not working properly.
