maf!!!!!! at idle unplug it and if there is no change then your maf is bad. this was just a recent thread you should search before you ever post stuff. just saying because others hate this.
Seriously? What professional mechanical experience do you have?

^ I don't think wheels and lighting have to do with sputtering lol. And the AFM (not MAF) will run fine at idle, but when you try to give any gas it'll spit and spttuer when unplugged.

Check you timing and valve cover leaks as oil in the spark plug valley will cause a miss. Does this go away when you accelerate?

I said check for boost leaks. I didn't say for sure it was a boost leak. Ya know, its kinda difficult to diagnose a car over the internet.

diag box right behind the fuse box under the hood. its maybe like a 1inx1in. it should have a cap and on the inside it will tell you where Te1 and E1 are. iirc its the second one from the left in the center and 3rd from the left top row(more towards the rear of the car) dont quote me tho. just use a paper clip to short them and set timing normally with a timing light and adj the dist/cps.
