My car has, T78 with stock MAF sensor.

Is possible to install SSQV vented to atmosphere without idle problems ?

You will have to do some tweaking of your fuel maps with your AFC to keep it from running rich... and even then you might notice some stalling if you let off the throttle real fast during a hard pull.
